We practice Taoist mindfulness principles while reaching into our deepest level of physical tension. Here is a gateway to emotional healing and the releasing of energetic blockages. Our chi meridian energy flow gets stimulated and we activate our body’s own healing powers. We refresh, rejuvenate and activate our chi. We ride the edges of our sensations with a gentle flowing breath, like a surfer riding the waves of the ocean. You need to experience this to really know what Yin Yoga Therapy™ is all about.
